A guided tasting experience reframes cocktail culture through a mindful, alcohol-free lens, focusing on craft, sustainability and sensory awareness. Designed as an interactive session, the class invites participants to slow down and explore how thoughtful ingredient choices shape flavor, balance and intention.

Led in partnership with Lyre’s and French Bloom, the hour-long masterclass centers on zero-proof mixology, offering hands-on instruction in creating refined, non-alcoholic beverages. Participants learn techniques for maximizing each component, from aromatics to texture, while gaining insight into the growing world of alcohol-free craft drinks. The setting encourages attentiveness and experimentation rather than speed or spectacle.

Mindful Mixology Masterclass takes place Wednesday, January 21 at 1 Hotel South Beach on Miami Beach, held on the second floor of AVIV. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
