Patriotism and community pride take center stage as Miami Beach honors those who have served.
The 17th Annual Veterans Day Parade on Ocean Drive features military groups, marching bands, local businesses, students and community organizations coming together to celebrate America’s heroes. This year’s event also includes a special salute marking the 250th anniversaries of the U.S. Army, Navy and Marine Corps, along with a tribute to “Rosie the Riveter.”
The parade begins at 11:11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11, traveling along Ocean Drive from 5th to 15th Street, followed by a wreath-laying ceremony and a skydiving display by the All Veteran Parachute Team in Lummus Park at noon.
Attendees are encouraged to take the free Miami Beach trolley or park in nearby municipal garages. Bicycle parking is also available. In observance of Veterans Day, all city offices will be closed.
