Under the direction of Executive Chef Matthieu Godard, Bistrot Bagatelle serves eclectic modern French cuisine paired with Miami’s freshest local seafood. The highly anticipated Miami Beach outpost of Bagatelle bistros in Los Angeles, St. Barth, São Paulo and St. Tropez, this creative and chic newcomer designed by New York City-based Celano Design Studio will seat 144 guests for brunch and dinner. Highlights of Matthieu’s provocative and original menus include Snapper de Floride en Papillote, Filet Mignon Sauce Perigueux and Caviar by Petrossian.
